Solution Team® One-Day Training
November 8, 2010: Fort Mason Center, San Francisco, CA
This one-day workshop is an opportunity for administrators, teachers, therapists, counselors and parents to learn the current best-practices in responding to school bullying. No Bully developed Solution Team® as a non-punitive way of ending entrenched bullying dynamics. Under Solution Team®, an adult facilitator pulls together a team of students to solve the bullying of one of their peers. Solution Coaching™ is a method of behavioral change that coaches students how to move on from the role of bully or target. These interventions have been found to have immediate success in 80% of cases. Many schools have made Solution Team and Solution Coaching the centerpiece of their response to bullying.
