Parent & Guardian Workshop

Schools that successfully become bully-free secure parent and guardian support for their anti-bullying initiative. Parents form a vital part of any school community. If parents do not feel part of the parent body or do not trust in the good intentions of teachers, it is challenging to make effective change in the student culture.

At this ninety-minute No Bully workshop, parents and guardians:

  • Learn how to bully-proof their child to avoid the role of bully and victim. 
  • Develop skills to Solution Coach® their child through the inevitable social and emotional challenges of friendships and peer relationships. Parents that build strong relationships with their kids often use a coaching approach to parenting. A Solution Coach parent is able to remain centered while using a combination of empathy and action to coach their child.
  • Unite with school staff and parents in a shared goal of making school bully-free.
