Benefits
Bullying behaviors can never be completely eliminated. However, if your school is committed to change, they can be substantially reduced. A successful program will bring you significant reductions both in the number and in the duration of reported incidents of bullying, an increased willingness to tell of bullying (both by students, their parents and also by student bystanders), improved student attendance, less administrative time spent in dealing with bullying, enhanced student academic achievement and an increased reputation for your school in the community.

create a school culture where students deepen their social and emotional
intelligence and can at last relate to each other with respect, acceptance
