No Bully

“The workshop made me realize how underprepared I am to deal with the different kinds of bullying. Today we learned a common language, so that we can really teach the kids from playground to classroom how to address situations.”
Elizabeth Sheffield, Dunham Elementary School

No Bully All Staff Workshop

Foundational to becoming bully-free is for all the adults that work on campus to understand what bullying is and to prevent it whenever it occurs. Many schools begin their anti-bullying initiative with the No Bully All Staff Workshop. No Bully has provided this powerful in-service workshop to thousands of teachers, staff and parent volunteers in schools across California. It's a great way to establish a common language around bullying and to train everyone on campus – staff, teachers, teacher assistants, school secretary, parent volunteers, bus drivers, school nurse, counselor, janitor, sports coaches - in a unified response. This workshop comes with follow-up materials to reinforce staff learning and to begin the conversation with students around making school bully-free.

Many schools have paid for this workshop using Title Funds. The Federal government makes funds available to schools that are creating bully-free cultures: Title I (Improving Basic Programs); Title II (Teacher and Principal Training); Title IV (Safe and Drug Free Schools) and Title V (Innovative Programs).
